Organisations get things done when people do their jobs effectively. To make this happen they need to be well trained.
In order to ensure that people are well trained, and able to perform their job efficiently, it is necessary to identify the needs of the organisation and of the individual, selecting or designing appropriate training to meet those needs, delivering it and assessing how effective it was.
